Our installations are carried out by qualified technicians according to Kenyan and international safety standards.

4. Quotations, Orders & Payments

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

  • A deposit is required before commencement of any installation or supply of materials.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule indicated on the quotation or invoice.

  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension until the balance is cleared.

All equipment remains the property of Arthur Security Systems until full payment has been received.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Support

We provide a limited warranty on products and workmanship as stated in the project agreement.
The warranty covers defects under normal use but does not cover:

  • Damage from power surges, lightning, vandalism, or misuse.

  • Tampering or unauthorized repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance.

During the warranty period, faulty components will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials on this website are the property of Arthur Security Systems.
You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or use any part of this content without prior written consent.
